made by the same hand as lots 138 and 139, pierce-carved head and foot boards, carved tall posts, side rails with metal brackets to support box spring. 60"h; 57.5"w; 82"long (full size), Piece of urn missing on post where headboard meets post; spaces below top of post where tester attached.

Descended through the Brown/Slocum family of Bellevue Ave., Newport, RI.
