French Patinated Bronze and Black Marble Figural Mantle Clock, 19th c., by Samuel Marti, the top with a large bronze figure of "Napoleon Crossing the Alps," after the painting by Jacques-Louis David (1748-1825), atop a hexagonal stepped black marble base containing an enamel dial drum clock, time and strike, the movement stamped Duplan and Salles, with pendulum and key, H.- 30 in., W.- 18 in., D.- 9 in.
