Title: " Les bijoux indiscrets (The talkative jewels)" from XXe Siecle No. 22,
original lithograph in colors, 1963, with the title and signature in the stone as originally published, from the XXe edition of around 2000Recorded and illustrated in the catalog of the original prints of the artist by Kaplan and Baum, No. 3.
Comments: This is the artist's first lithograph, one of twenty lithographs and etchings he finished before his unexpected death in 1966. The authors of the catalog raisonne chose to reproduce this image for the cover of the publication.
