Lot includes a ca 1870s 23.5" x 14" cowhide Zulu black and white shield (umbumbuluzo) and a 53" spear (assegai) with crudely attached blade via vine. Contemporary print ot the Battle of Rorke's Drift, 31" x 17.5" sight, 41" x 28" overall, signed bottom right A. De Neville 1880. Silver 1.75" x 2" fragment of a 24th regiment of Foot insignia likely from an officer's baton.
