* Winchester Teddy Roosevelt Commemorative Model 1895 Rifle In Box, Including Commemorative Bowie Knife
.405 caliber, 24" round barrel, S/N TR150H0756. Blued barrel with brushed receiver, checkered forend and grip. Blade front sight with buckhorn elevator rear sight. Receiver engraved with outdoor scenes and game animals, along with gold tone banners and portrait of President Roosevelt. Right side of buttstock fitted with gold medallion. Includes companion 12" Bowie knife engraved with Roosevelt's likeness as Colonel of U.S. Volunteers as well as his famous "big stick" quote. Also includes one box of commemorative .405 Winchester ammunition, Roosevelt's preferred big game cartridge. Rifle comes in box with lock and promotional materials.
