Westhafer and Lambright Double-Handled Stoneware Jug

Westhafer & Lambright was the result of a partnership between John Lambright and Eli Westhaver during the second half of the 19th century. A carpenter of sixteen years, Lambright began working in pottery in the 1860s in Newport, Ohio in Tuscawaras County. Westhafer was a successful general store owner who bought out the pottery of T.A. Packer which he later joined with Lambright.
