- Lot Description
American, late 19th century. A three-piece Victorian parlor set, including a settee (ht. 38.75, wd. 46, dp. 28 in.), and two arm chairs, one ladies and one gentleman's, each having carved mahogany body with acanthus leaf detail on all arms and splats, classical female faces on each crest rail, and upholstered seats, all resting on acanthus-decorated cabriole legs ending in brass caps (each approx. ht. 38, wd. 28, dp. 24 in.).
Break to bottom right arm of couch. All exhibit signs of wear consistent with age and use.Condition
