Vacheron & Constantin 18k yellow gold wrist watch ca 1945 with a 14k yellow gold articulated band. 33mm case with claw style lugs. Seventeen jewel Vacheron & Constantin V453 mechanical movement number 473741. 18k yellow gold case number 308277. Silver matte dial with applied gold Arabic numerals and gold hands. Subsidiary seconds dial at six o'clock. Outer minutes chapter. Case marked 77 on lug.
14k band 26.6 dwt
18k case with movement 23.3 dwt.
