SMALL OBLONG FOLIO DAILY WEATHER LOG FOR UNITED RAILROADS OF SAN FRANCISCO - AUGUST, 1910 - DECEMBER, 1911.
This company began in the 1860's as the Market Street Railway Company and survived and grew through the period of horse-drawn cars to cable cars and into the 20th Century. Following the earthquake in 1906 URR did make the shift to electirc streetcars as San Francisco "started over," and changed their name back to the Market Street Railway Company - surviving into the 1940's.
Wear and rubbing to the 19th century marbled boards and leather binding - contents in Good condition.Condition
