English, ca 1760s. A set of two arm and ten side George III Chippendale dining chairs in mahogany, each having an acanthus leaf carved crest rail, carved stiles and pierced splat, over an upholstered slipper seat with straight front rail, all rising on straight legs with H-stretcher; armchair ht. 38, wd. 25.5, dp. 19.75 in. (each).

Item is in very good condition with minimal surface wear. One chair needs restorations to splat connection to crest as seen in photos.Condition
