Three World War II German Flare Guns and One Postwar Eastern Bloc Flare Gun, Lot of Four
First gun has 6.5" round barrel, S/N 23568. Has marking "wa" on left side of frame. Ribbed walnut grips. Pitting that blends to a patina on the barrel. Frame has some pitting. Grips are good with nicks and dings.
Second gun has 6.25" octagonal-to-round barrel, S/N 9788. Markings on left side "Erma-Erfurt" and "Zink 4." Checkered walnut grips. Pitting on the metal parts. The grips are good with nicks and dings.
The third gun has a 6.25" long round barrel, S/N 174146. Marking on left side of frame "eun." Ribbed walnut grips. Wear to the finish on the barrel and frame. Grips are good with nicks and dings.
Fourth gun has 6.25" long round barrel, S/N 200621 followed by markings on the right side "06/70." Checkered walnut grips. Wear on the barrel, trigger guard and frame. Grips are good with some nicks and dings.
SHIPPING. At the request of the buyer, Cowan's will authorize the shipment of purchased items. Shipments usually occur within two weeks after payment has been received. Shipment is generally made via UPS Ground service. Unless buyer gives special instructions, the shipping method shall be at the sole discretion of Cowan's Auctions, Inc..
