- Lot Description
American, late 19th-early 20th century. A tall case clock in cherry, the bonnet having a broken arch pediment, carved urn finials, and glass door opening to a face with a floral motif, flanked by fully turned columns, the waist with a single shaped door with key, all resting on box plinth having burlwood panel and turned feet; ht. 97, wd. 20, dp. 11.25 in.
Condition
Visible crack in burl on plinth, scuffs and dents in wood particularly at bottom and edges, and piece of wood repaired along top left edge of plinth, and along right edge. Repair to right arch.
