- Lot Description
Boudoir card showcasing one of the Hardie Brothers and his camera at Sunset Rock, Lookout Mountain, Tennessee. He stands holding the lens cap in the air, presumably in the location from where they photographed their subjects. The card is inscribed in the lower margin in gold gilt ink "Sunset Rock" with the photographers' backmark "Hardie Bros., Photographers. Sunset Rock, Lookout Mountain, Tenn." Ca 1890. The expertly posed boudoir card is in excellent condition.
