- Lot Description
American, 20th century. A group of fifteen sterling overlay cups and cordials, all silver marked STERLING, including:
a matching set of six tumblers with removable overlay, one cup missing glass;
a matching pair of overlay tumblers;
a matching set of four small cordials;
and a matching set of three cordials with removable silver frames;
total weighable silver wt. 7.725ozt (240.27g); largest cup ht. 5.5, dia. 2.75 in.
One of the pairs of tumblers has crack near top. One cordial with removable frame has chip on lip. One of six tumblers is missing glass inset. Tarnish and other wear consistent with age and use.Condition
