** Springfield Model 1903 Mark I Rifle
.30-06 caliber, 24" barrel, S/N 1041433 . Parkerized finish, smooth, straight-gripped, two-bolt finger-grooved walnut stock. Receiver marked in five-lines U.S. / SPRINGFIELD / ARMORY / MODEL 1903 / MARK I over serial number. Bolt handle marked BF/17 . Barrel marked S.A./[flaming bomb]/12-18 . Receiver cut for Pederson device. Rear sight graduated to 2,850 yards and marked to 27 . Arsenal refurbished, stock unmarked. Smooth buttplate with trapdoor, metal cleaning kit/oiler in place but void of contents. Stacking and sling swivels.
Fine as refurbished. Retains most of the thinning Parkerized finish, with clear markings on the metal. Mechanically functional, fine bore. Stock roughly finished with coarse tool marks on butt.Condition
