- Lot Description
American, late 18th century. A slant front desk in cherry with dovetailed case, having an interior fitted case with recessed prospect door flanked by serpentine pigeonholes over small drawers, over four graduated dovetailed drawers flanked by inset reeded quarter pilasters, all rising on ogee bracket feet; ht. 43.5, wd. 38.25, dp. 21.5 in.
Condition
Replaced hinges. Splits to wood on front of drop panel. Lock replaced and old location plugged. On left side there are cracks/repairs.
