- Lot Description
English, 19th century. A Sheraton secretaire in mahogany, the top case with carved garland/swag pediment and fretwork glass doors, the lower case with two long drawers over false drawer with drop front, opening to six small drawers and seven pigeonholes, all over two wood doors opening to a pull-out shelf, all resting on bracket feet; ht. 89, wd. 42, dp. 22.5 in.
Provenance: Property of Cedar-Fairmount Antiques, Formerly Gwynby'sCrack to glass panel on right door, replacement pulls, a couple of small chips to wood on right flower on arch, crack on left side of garland, crack/previous repair to each bottom wood door, some finish peeled off on interior, holes drilled on interior of bottom case, scuffs to top of bottom case, wood on back right top edge of bottom case is separating from case, and repair to front of pull-out drawer.Condition
