Printed broadside, 21.25 x 26.5 in. Sears' Globe in Miniature or the World at One View. Compiled from the best authorities by Robert Sears, N.Y. in which all the principal parts of the World are Alphabetically arranged, shown at one glance, and included in a single line, with the situation, extent, chief cities, their population, Produce, Government, Revenue, Military and Naval Strength, Arts and Religion, &c &c &c. New York, "Opposite Tammany Hall": Robert Sears, n.d., ca late 1830s.
Beautiful engravings outline the page including one of boys in an open street playing a game of baseball. Perhaps the earliest image of baseball outside of the chapbook.

Folds and toning of the paper as well as some wear on the outer margins.
