- Lot Description
7.62x54R, 31.5" barrel, S/N 1280521. Blued finish, walnut stock. Hexagonal receiver marked MADE IN U.S.S.R., chamber with standard Westinghouse Russian contract markings and multiple US eagle head proof marks. Magazine housing with matching serial number, buttplate number illegible. Circle-R marked bolt is mis-matched and numbered 218915. Long range rear sight. Includes cleaning rod and 1891 pattern bayonet with locking ring, numbered 559451. Sling swivels added to sling slots in stock.
**Requires C&R or FFLGood. Retains some blued finish, the balance a dusky bluish-gray patina. Good bore is dark, dirty and evenly pitted. Stock with numerous bumps, dings and mars. Bayonet very good, with lots of blue.Condition
