- Lot Description
Czechoslovakia, ca. 1930s. A group of two porcelain figures by Royal Dux, each with manufacturer's mark to underside, including one by Schaff of a semi-nude dancer with arms raised, impressed 215 / 41 to underside and with artist's name on top of base (ht. 11.25, wd. 7.75, dp. 3.5 in.); and one of a woman playing a mandolin, impressed 3171 to underside (ht. 11.75, wd. 4.5, dp. 3.5 in.).
Condition
Dancer: light paint loss to tips of top fingers. Light wear to gold paint. Armband a later addition. Mandolin player: sticker residue on front of base.
