- Lot Description
Germany, 20th century. A dinnerware service for twelve comprised of one hundred pieces by Rosenthal in the "Maria Weiss" pattern, including twelve each of dinner plates, salad plates, bread plates, bowls, and sauce bowls; fifteen teacups with twelve saucers; one teapot and stand, one sugar, one creamer, one gravy bowl, one lidded tureen, one serving bowl, three vegetable plates of various sizes, two candle stands, and one each salt and pepper shaker; each marked for maker and pattern; teapot ht. 10.75, tureen wd. 11 in.
Condition
Minor wear consistent with age and use. Pepper shaker missing lid, wax residue on the candleholders, one dinner plate has a chip, one saucer has a hairline crack on its edge, and one teacup has a chip on its rim.
