- Lot Description
.458 Winchester Magnum, 25" round barrel, S/N 6068. Blued finish, checkered pistol-gripped walnut stock. Top of barrel marked "STOCKED and FINISHED by John Rigby and Co. LTD's 32 King St., London SW1". Barrel additionally marked at breech: G.R. Douglas / 458 WIN with British proof marks. Matching serial numbers on the receiver and triggerguard. Express sights, with one fixed and two folding leaves. Top of receiver is matted, drilled and tapped for scope mounts. Sling swivels, rubber butt pad. Comes with documentation that confirms the work done by Rigby.
**Requires C&R or FFLVery good. Retains most of the blue finish, mechanically functional, fine bore. Stock solid, with sharp checkering and scattered bumps and dings.Condition
