American, mid-18th century. A Chippendale camelback sofa in mahogany, with yellow upholstery and tufted cushions, having a shaped camelback crest and scrolled arms, above a serpentine seat rail, rising on marlborough legs with stretchers. Having removable back; ht. 37, wd. 88, dp. 36 in.
