Quality Street: a Comedy in Four Acts. Illustrated by Hugh Thomson. [London]: Hodder & Stoughton, n.d. [ca 1900]. 4to, vellum with elaborate gilt on front, gilt spine lettering; in envelope and slipcase; deckled edges; 22 tipped in color plates, approx. 5 x 6.5 to 5 x 7 in. Signed by Thomson on limitation page which indicates this is # 82 of 1000. Slipcase with leather "spine" and gilt lettering, five bands. Front board slightly bowed (common in vellum bindings), minor handling wear. Overall excellent. This was written by Barrie before Peter Pan, and has been presented in stage and film.
Fisher, Harrison.
American Belles. New York: Dodd Mead & Company, 1911. Large 4to, cloth spine over paper-covered boards, front with tipped in print, endpapers with facsimile Fisher signature. 16 tipped in illustrations of women, very much in the "Gibson girl" style. Indeed, Fisher was often acclaimed as Charles Dana Gibson's successor. Many of the pages with the prints are loose, but all appear to be present. Prints excellent, text leaves clean. Minor surface soil on boards.

New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1900. 12mo, green cloth boards with gilt front and spine, 170pp. Seven illustrations by Christy, plus tp vignette. The illustration called for on the contents page facing p. 44 is not present, but there is one facing p. 90 not listed on this page. Volume with shelf wear. Entire volume slightly cocked front to back.
