American, mid-19th century. Framed. Portrait of a gentleman with black coat and necktie and rosy cheeks in the style of William Matthew Prior, Sturtevant Hamblin, unsigned; 13.5 x 9.5 in. (sight), 19.5 x 15.5 in. (frame).
Condition
Board slightly convex and a bit warped around edges. Blacklight reveals no apparent issues.
