Columbus: Photos by Baker Art Gallery, (1902). 10 3/4 by 7 1/4 inch oblong pebbled leather photo album with gilt printed, "Texas/Ohio" design to upper cover. A rare production apparently unrecorded -- includes 49 original photographs, averaging 4 1/2 by 6 1/2 inches, mostly captioned in white "in the image." Subjects and locations include: New Orleans; Houston (Carrie Nation in photo); Galveston; Goliad (train station); Bay City (cotton gin); Edna (cotton field); Port Luvaca; Victoria; Corpus Christi; Beehive; San Antonio; Old Mission; Eagle Lake (cutting cane/sugar mill), etc.
SHIPPING. At the request of the buyer, Cowan's will authorize the shipment of purchased items. Shipments usually occur within two weeks after payment has been received.
