Patek Philippe Calatrava reference 2428 ca 1949. 18k yellow gold 35mm case number 421533. Manual-winding rhodium plated movement number 952508. Fausses cotes decoration. Patek Philippe silvered matte dial with applied gold faceted baton hour markers. Subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o'clock. Outer minute chapter. Yellow gold dauphine hands. Kreisler black lizard band.
