Patek Philippe Calatrava reference 3513/1 in 18k yellow gold Ca. 1969. Patek Philippe caliber 175 mechanical movement number 1139616. Eighteen jewels adjusted to five positions. Integrated 18k yellow gold Patek Philippe band with signed clasp. Brushed gold dial with black painted Roman numerals and black baton hands. 30mm diameter. 7.25" overall length. With original Patek Philippe case.
