Newhall Porcelain Tea and Dessert Service
English, early 19th century. A 30-piece porcelain tea and dessert service by Newhall. The service includes eight coffee cups, eight tea cups, eight saucers, a covered tea pot, a creamer, an undertray, a lidded sugar bowl, a cake plate, and a footed bowl. Each with bands of enameled decoration consisting of roses and wildflowers amidst gilt embellishments, some painted with pattern number 1979 on underside, teapot ht. 6.25, cake plate dia. 8.75 in.

There is overall gilt loss to service and a few areas of enamel loss. Hairline crack to creamer and hairline crack to body of teapot. Glaze imperfection to one cup.
