New England Tavern Table
American (New England), 18th century. A tavern table in mixed woods, having an oval, single-board top above an apron with a beaded edge, all rising on splayed, block and ring-turned legs connected by square stretchers; ht. 24.25 in., top lg. 31.75, wd. 24 in.
Provenance: Purchased by the consignor from K. Graves at the Louisville Antique Show in 1997.Condition
Some minor surface wear and imperfections as would be expected with age and use, including a light stain and some nicks to top. Top and base married.
