30-06 caliber, 24" barrel, S/N 414765. Receiver marked Rock Island with barrel marked SA over flaming bomb and dated 5-27. Two stock bolt stock with USS Tenn marked on the stock on the right side indicating Marine Corp or US Naval use. This was late production assembly by SA using up Rock Island parts. See Campbell's book on the Springfield Rifle 1903.
Excellent overall. Retaining most of the original blue finish no wear, a little flaking on the barrel around the rear barrel sight. Receiver retains most of the blue finish. Stock is excellent with a DAL cartouche. Very rare rifle.
