English, 19th century. A group of miniature child's transferware, twenty-eight pieces in total, including two gravy boats, an oval serving dish, a square serving dish, three graduated platters, and twenty-one plates of various sizes. Each piece features a blue transferware scene of children playing with a kite and hoop, alongside a man standing over a gravestone, all with buildings in the background; largest platter lg. 5.5, wd. 4 in., largest plate dia. 3.5 in.
