Lot Description

Fifty maps issued as supplements to the National Review (London). The National Review was a conservative journal founded in 1883 and closed in 1960. It has been credited with founding the Conservative party, similar to its American counterpart of the same name. This is nearly a complete run of maps, from December 1914 through June 1919. Most of the maps have shades of one color (purple, brown, green, etc.). The early maps have outlining only.
