Lot Description

Mitchell, Margaret. GONE WITH THE WIND. New York: The MacMillan Company, 1936. First Edition, First Printing - May, 1936 on copyright page and with "Gone With the Wind" listed in the second column of the list of publisher's book on the rear panel of the dj. 6 by 8 3/4 inches in the original blue printed grey cloth, in pictorial dust jacket.

Condition

Small "smudge" to cover; slight tanning to the front endpages; otherwise a clean and Very Good example of the first issue in a price clipped dust jacket which shows some minor professional paper restoration to the head and tail of the dj spine.
