- Lot Description
American, ca. 1900-1942. A pre-war Lionel No. 374E outfit in original box, including one No. 8 locomotive in olive green, one No. 338 observation car in olive green, one No. 337 passenger car in olive green, one No. 81 controlling rheostat, one transformer, and one track connector, each marked for maker and with model number (box lg. 21.75, wd. 18.75, dp. 7.25 in.); plus, one Lionel pre-war Lionel City waiting room (ht. 10.5, wd. 14, dp. 9.75 in.).
No. 8 has light wear, No. 338 and No. 337 have spots of paint loss and windows are worn, No. 81 has spots of paint loss and oxidation, transformer shows signs of wear (working condition not guaranteed), track connector has spots of oxidation, box has dirt and labels are faded and scratched. Waiting Room has some minor scratches.Condition
