Late 17th - Early 18th Century Single-Shot Flintlock Pistol
French. .65 caliber, 12.2" round smoothbore barrel, octagonal at the breech and slightly flared at the muzzle, engraved on the breech and tang. Original flint, engraved lock has gooseneck hammer, grooved frizzen and iron pan; action in working order, does not have a half cock position. Dark walnut stock with raised carving around the lock, sideplate, tang and ramrod channel, engraved brass openwork sideplate, ramrod pipes and escutcheon plate. Grip pommel with embossed floral pattern. Engraved iron triggerguard. Complete with horn tipped wooden ramrod.

Good. Bore fair and dirty, will clean better. Normal age and wear.
