Jefferys & Jones were a prominent firm of royal goldsmiths, jewelers and sword retailers in London from 1765-1828.They were known for their superior quality and elaborately decorated watches. A similar item is held by the Royal Collection Trust since 1937 as acquired by Queen Mary, consort of George V, King of the United Kingdom. (1867-1953)
