American, late 19th century. A J. & E. Stevens "Bill E. Grin" cast iron mechanical bank, marked with title on front and PAT APLD FOR on back. Insert coin in top of head and tongue sticks out and eyes roll; ht. 4.25, wd. 3.25, dp. 3 in.
Spots of paint loss allover and could use a cleaning. Other wear consistent with age and use.Condition
