E. Howard Watch Company 23 jewel series 0 open face pocket watch adjusted to 5 positions plus temperature. E. Howard movement number 1159671 ca 1915. Pendant wind, lever set. Star Watch Case Company "Stellar" case number 7452941. White porcelain double sunk dial with black painted Arabic numerals and sub-seconds dial at six o'clock. Blued spade hands.
