- Lot Description
Continental, 20th century. A porcelain four-quart soup tureen and undertray by Herend in the Rothschild Bird pattern, both the tray and tureen with branch handles and the lid with lemon finial. Both marked, tray pattern no. 1121, tureen pattern no. 1003; tray lg. 16 in., tureen lg. 13 in. (excluding handles).
Condition
Minor chip to gilt edge of tray. Small spot of gilt loss to tray. Small area of paint loss to one bird.
