- Lot Description
English, ca. 1800. A Hepplewhite chest of drawers in mahogany, having rectangular top with horizontally veneered band, over two aligned drawers over three graduated drawers, all dovetailed and cockbeaded with brass pulls, all over horizontally veneered band with shaped skirt and rising on splayed feet; ht. 43.75, wd. 45.75, dp. 22.5 in.
Condition
Light surface wear and scratches consistent with age and use. Some splits to wood on back. Some instances of veneer loss to front. Light, sporadic pitting to front edge of top.
