Helena Holiday Record. Helena, MT: Record Publishing Co., January 1, 1889. Vol. 1, No. 98. 12pp, 20 x 27.5 in.
The front page features a large, attractive birds-eye-view illustration of Helena, accompanied by graphic illustrations and advertisements throughout, and an article discussing the mines in town. The article hails mining as "the leading and most important and thrifty industry" in the state. The remainder details the amount of camps in the state and surrounding Helena, as well as their importance to the economy.
Condition
Some brittle margins and toning of the paper, separation of the outer margin.
Stand is later and not original to chest.
