- Lot Description
Danish, mid-20th century. A set of six dining chairs, model CH-23, in teak with cord seats, each with branded manufacturer's mark to underside: Designer / Hans J. Wegner / Made in Denmark / Carl Hansen & Son / Odense Denmark; oah. 29.5 in.
Condition
Each has breaks to caning with loose strands. Overall, the wood is dry and shows some fading from sun. Wear and some nicks to the surfaces. One seat back shows evidence of water damage. One chair has a split and repair to the leg. Another has an age split to leg.
