Burkhardt: Artist and Patron of the Arts portfolio containing five signed, numbered and dated linoleum block prints, an original photograph of Burkhardt, and eleven pages of text, presented in a red cloth clamshell box, number 15/70, signed by Burkhardt and Kramer, published in 1982 by Santa Susana Press; 10 x 6.5 in.
