Also known as a landscape painter, Tracy dedicated several years to depicting circus performers. He was active in many regions acorss the country, but spent the earlier part of his career in Cincinnati, where he studied with Duveneck and exhibited at Closson Galleries and the Cincinnati Art Museum.

At the request of the buyer, Cowan's will authorize the shipment of purchased items. Shipments usually occur within two weeks after payment has been received.
