- Lot Description
5.5mm, 23" wedge retained octagonal barrel. Blued finish, checkered walnut stock with raised cheek piece and Schnabel forend, steel mountings. Top of barrel marked C. WÜRFLEIN SCHWEINFURT. Sideplates in the white with engraved foliate scrolls, pistol-gripped trigger guard engraved en-suite. Double set triggers, adjustable rear sight, globe front sight. Sling swivels.
Fine. Retains thinning, streaky blue, mixed with a smoky blue gray patina. Furniture with a dull steel patina. Mechanically functional, fine, bright bore. Crisp stock with sharp checkering and a few minor bumps and dings.Condition
