- Lot Description
Lot of 2. Color offset lithograph poster, Braque Graveur, Berggruen & Cie, 18.5 x 27.5 in., promoting an exhibition of Braque's work in France. Paris: Mourlot, 1953. After Braque (French, 1882-1963) best known for the role he played in the development of Cubism.
Exhibition catalog. Paul Klee: March 13-April 2, 1930. Museum of Modern Art. Alfred Hamilton Barr, Jr., Director. Small 4to, 17pp, with plates, illustrations on front and back covers. New York: Plandome Press, Inc., 1930. Klee (Swiss-German, 1879-1940) created works of art in the style of Expressionism, Cubism, and Surrealism.
Condition
Some toning of the poster as well as some minor tears at the margins, the program has some light soiling and toning of the paper.
