- Lot Description
Two typed letters from the California Powder Works in San Francisco dated Jan 29, 1906 and March 20, 1906 both signed by the same agent. Both letters are directed to the Reed Drift Gravel Mine of North Branch, San Andreas, P.O. California and pertain to orders of double and single tape fuse. Two written letters from th A. J. Plate and Co Military & Sporting Arms Implements & Ammunition of San Francisco, California dated Aug 26, 1878 and May 14, 1875. Both letters are directed to the Sharps Rifle Mfg Co. in Bridgeport, CT. and both are signed by A.J. Plate.
Lot further includes Duck Decoy advertisement, fishing advertisements for fishing reels including Conroy and Bissett. Four large format Shooting and Fishing magazine advertisements for firearms from 1896. Two firearms related articles from the Illustrated London News. PLUS, two other large format firearms advertisements.
