Charlotte Johnson, Robert Tauber, Margaret Prentice, Sidny Chafetz, Richard Brunell, David Macaulay, Ruth Leonard, Rod Johnson, Eric May. From the limitation statement, "The sets of four books are contained in boxes designed by Greg Campbell and constructed at the Campbell-Logan Bindery, Inc. using Flax, Abaca, and Coir fiber paper made at the Logan Elm Press." The box measures 15 by 12 1/8 inches and is just over 3 inches high.
