Additional highlights include 4 composite portraits of Civil War generals, all but one published by Anthony, featuring "Union Cavalry" which includes Custer, "Army of the West" showing Sherman at center, "Naval Heroes" with Farragut at center, and "Our Peace Commissioners for 1865" with Lincoln surrounded by his generals, published by Philadelphia Photographic Co.; a portrait of Lincoln's assassin, John Wilkes Booth, with Tomlinson backmark; and a composite view of "Booth and his Associates," no backmark.
